At Funfam Club you have 30 days to return or exchange any product.
Returns
If you want to return a product you ordered, send us an email at support@funfamclub.com. In your email, please include the following information:
- the order number related to the return
- which product you wish to return
In response to your email, we will inform you about the next steps!
IMPORTANT â do not send us the product you wish to return before emailing us. Please contact us first, and we will explain the next steps to you.
REMEMBER â you have a full 30 days from the moment you receive your package from us to return it.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product from your order, follow the same procedure as for returns:
- first return the item â follow the steps outlined above. Start with an email sent to support@funfamclub.com
- we will refund you for the product you ordered
- then place an order for the new product and pay for it

REMEMBER â you have a full 30 days from the moment you receive your package from us for exchanges. You can exchange each product from your order only once.
